Dear Valuable Customers;

How do I return an item?

 

If you are dissatisfied with a product for any reason, simply return it to us within 10 days from shipping date. The product to be returned must be in perfect condition (brand new condition), packaged in the original box, and with a copy of the invoice/packing slip for a refund. We will take it back and refund the full purchase price (S&H charges are nonrefundable). Exceptions may apply according to each Brand and Manufacturer's Policy. Once used, disposable and replacement parts are nonrefundable.

Items qualified for FREE SHIPPING will be charged a 10% Restocking FEE for shipping and handling. Items described as ON DEMAND (custom made) cannot be cancelled or returned after order is received and confirmed.

Please contact us in advance for Return Authorization. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns without prior Return Authorization.

 

To ensure a safe shipment of your returned item(s), we highly advise you to ship it back by a reliable shipping method (Example: FedEx, UPS, USPS), including delivery confirmation or tracking number. All shipping costs must be pre-paid by the customer. COD shipments will be refused.
